High Season: 15th December to 14th April
Low Season: 15th April to 14th December

* When only the Main House is booked the Guest Cottage will remain unoccupied
All bookings include maid and laundry service (except Sundays and Public Holidays)
Minimum bookings:
Over Christmas and/or New Year - 14 nights.
Rest of the year - 7 nights
Discounts:
Early Booking
More than 6 months ahead - 10% off the weekly rate for the first week or two (see "Longer Stays")
Longer Stays
High Season - 10% for the third complete week. 10% thereafter.
Low Season - 20% for the second complete week. 20% thereafter.
